DMCA Policy

Last updated: June 3, 2026

Overview

StreamVault respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and respond promptly to valid takedown notices.

StreamVault is an index and search service. We do not host, store, or transmit any video content on our servers. All media is streamed from independent third-party providers. As such, the appropriate course of action for most content removal requests is to contact those third-party providers directly.

Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe content accessible through our service infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notice containing the following information:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorised representative.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  • Identification of the specific URL(s) on our site where the allegedly infringing material appears.
  • Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, email address).
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification with the same contact details including the original URL, a statement under penalty of perjury that the content was removed by mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of your local federal court.

Repeat Infringers

It is our policy to terminate access for users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
